- BluePreferred - Comprehensive coverage with
$25 copays for most doctor visits,
generic and brand name prescription copays, vision copays, first dollar
coverage on the first $500 for accidents, choice of deductibles and 80/20 coinsurance options.
- RightPlan 40 - No-medical-deductible plans
with $40 copays for most doctor visits
combined with a choice of prescription coverage benefits allow you to get immediate benefits—and the monthly premiums are among
the lowest for a plan with copays. Plans have 60/40 coinsurance.
- Tonik - Plans geared towards the young, healthy and in shape with coverage
to help protect against the unexpected.
Plans included limited doctor copays and generic prescription coverage.
Deductibles range from $1500 to $5000 with 100/0 coinsurance.
- Lumenos HIA and HIA Plus - High deductible plans with excellent
preventative care benefits. Earn dollars for your Health Incentive Account to help offset your out-of-pocket costs for medical care and prescriptions.
In the HIA Plus plan Anthem puts money ($500/year for individuals and
$1000/year for families) into your Health Incentive Account that you
use to pay for covered medical expenses & prescriptions. Unspent
money rolls over for future use.

health insurance plan with excellent preventative care. You fund the
