Either create an account or login to an existing Connect for Health Colorado account
Important: On the registration page, check the box for “Connect for Health Colorado” — not “Colorado Connect.”
Once logged in:
- Click “Get Assistance” in the top navigation menu.
- Choose “Find Expert Assistance in Your Community.”
- Click “Find a Broker.”
- In the middle box, enter your agent’s license number (listed above the video) and click the magnifying glass to search.
- Click on Agent’s name when it appears.
- Then click “Authorize” on the next screen.
Tip: You must be logged in to scroll within the window showing my name and address. Click “More Details” to see the blue “Authorize” button. If it’s not working, log out and log back in and it should work.
That’s It! The Connect for Health system will automatically send your Agent an email notification so they can assist you.
