It’s wise to use the insurance carrier’s “Find a Doctor” tool to see what doctors near you are in-network for your plan’s specific network.
Always verify important doctors by calling, speaking to someone in billing and including both the name of the insurance carrier and the specific network name. The specific network name should be printed right on your ID card or may be listed in the plan name in the Summary of Benefits.
